We at Covetrus™ continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and its impact across the globe with a focus on the health and safety of our employees, customers and supply chain partners.

Most importantly, please be aware that our teams continue to take measures to serve you in this unprecedented time. We are working closely with all of our stakeholders to address the needs of your veterinary business and clients and are making adjustments in an effort to anticipate and address potential disruptions.

Across Australia and New Zealand, Covetrus, like many companies, is implementing workplace regulations and guidelines from government and public health authorities related to COVID-19. This includes frequent washing of hands, daily disinfecting of work-spaces, and limiting non-essential travel.

As this outbreak continues to evolve, so will our response. In recent days, we have taken additional actions to support business continuity, like transitioning some of our teams to remote work. We have also taken action, such as applying social distancing with our support staff to enable continuity in support and service, which is essential for maintaining and supporting the needs of our veterinary practice customers and their pet owner clients.

We remain deeply committed to serving the animal health community throughout this crisis. Our aim is to continue to deliver the same great value and service that you have come to expect, and with regular communication and great collaboration, we will work to get through this together.

We will continue to provide you with updates as and if the situation changes. Should you have any immediate questions please email your Covetrus representative for additional information.
