Post Pet Meds<\/a> is a New Zealand-based online pharmacy that\u2019s certified to distribute prescription pet medications. The business was started by Linda Morgan in 2024, following her extensive\"\" experience as a veterinarian.<\/p>\n

Linda\u2019s aim is to give pet owners a convenient and reliable way to buy pet supplies and prescription pet medications online and get them delivered to their door. Post Pet Meds is committed to quality and safety and all products are sourced from reputable suppliers and meet the highest standards.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe launched in 2024 and my goal for the first year is to find our feet and build an awareness of what we do. We\u2019re hoping to continue growing in 2025,\u201d Linda says.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Working with Provet and Covetrus Ascend: Linda\u2019s experience<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Linda chose Provet<\/a> as her veterinary wholesaler and distributor. With three strategically placed warehouses in New Zealand and seven across Australia, she was confident in Provet\u2019s ability to supply her with products from a wide network of veterinary suppliers.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really useful to have access to a wide range of items that my customers might need,\u201d she explains. \u201cIt\u2019s also great to have somewhere that\u2019s close to where I am [near Christchurch] and also have distribution options across the country.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Linda selected Covetrus Ascend<\/a> as her veterinary software of choice to run the business. \u201cI’ve used several different software platforms in the past and found Ascend very user-friendly,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got the opportunity to test Ascend, which was very handy because it helped me figure out if it was going to be exactly what I needed. The trial also confirmed that Ascend was really easy to use and very intuitive \u2013 even before I had the training!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"\"Linda particularly enjoys the Provet team’s helpfulness and friendliness. \u201cI find it very easy to get responses for quick questions \u2013 it\u2019s just so easy to work with Provet,\u201d she says. She singles out her Business Account Manager (BAM), Matt Cox, for his friendliness and commitment to making sure her business needs are met.<\/p>\n

She confirms that the Provet customer service team are very responsive and reply to her emails quickly.<\/p>\n

\u201cI needed help getting set up with Ascend,\u201d she says. \u201cI asked for help to set up the stock codes and add products into Ascend. It was such an easy process working with local support, as well as the Ascend software team.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She finds the product deliveries from Provet very quick.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can order something online and receive delivery the same day or the next day,\u201d she explains. \u201cIf I want to, it’s nice that I can go into the Provet distribution centre to collect an order, as it’s really close by.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
