RxSMS is the bi-directional SMS feature within RxWorks which links appointment reminders to your communications log, allowing your team to proactively manage appointments with 2-way client messaging.

How does it work?

Appointment SMS messages will now include a prompt for a response from your clients. Confirmed and Declined statuses are then visible on your appointment scheduler and communication log, providing greater visibility for your team.

To help ensure your staff don’t miss an opportunity to follow up with clients on a cancelled appointment, the appointment will not be removed if cancelled – it will stay on-screen to be responded to with a follow up call or SMS that will appear in the communications log.
