Introducing virtual visits in RoboVet™

We are delighted to announce that virtual visit capabilities are now available within RoboVet.™

The launch of virtual visits in RoboVet means that you can now seamlessly create a virtual visit appointment with no additional manual set up required outside of RoboVet.  

Virtual visit capabilities are also available without the need for a RoboVet upgrade, so getting started is quick and easy.

How does it work?

The way it works is simple, create an appointment as normal in RoboVet and select the appointment reason of ‘virtual visit’. This will then automatically create an appointment in the video conferencing tool, send the appointment details and invite to the client and populate the appointment notes with the practice details to begin the virtual visit. 

Virtual visit capabilities for RoboVet include:

  • Video conferencing that enables personalised care for those pets in need
  • Streamlined workflow allowing your team to start a virtual visit seamlessly from within RoboVet
  • A virtual visit link is sent directly to your client via text or email upon creation of an appointment in RoboVet
  • Improved and timely emergency triage capability
  • Quicker after-hours follow-up consult
