Meet the Covetrus learning team.

Covetrus now offers a range of options and choice of learning for our technology products – bringing you more choice and more control when it comes to inducting, upskilling or refreshing knowledge for your team.

Our Learning consultants draw on their years of industry experience to help you to make best use of your software and services. Their expert knowledge of the software services can both help and advise on the best use of the available technology to drive utilisation or to resolve a problem. They also help you explore different workflows and inspire you with examples of best practices that have worked well elsewhere.

Our team are here to help you tap into the product and service knowledge you need to provide the best possible service to your clients.

Meet the team! We caught up with our Covetrus Learning Team and asked them to share some insight into how they use their skills to support and enhance learning for our clients – what they do best.

“I’m happiest when I see clients are confident in their vet tech knowledge and are driving out effective processes to deliver the best of care to their patients and their parents. Helping to implement the tech is one thing, but key to the success of the tech is to ensure the people who are using it know how to and are confident in their use of it.”

“I’m the digital content creator of the team and drive the learning design to make it easy to use and engage with, and with the best possible chance of it being retained. I also moderate our Learning Labs, so I look forward to meeting you there!”

“I work closely with clients to help them get the most out of their practice management software. Often features are not utilised to their fullest potential and I enjoy helping clients discover and increase their knowledge of their software to help them in their day to day clinical work.”
