Introducing a new series of live learning webinars to help you get back on track.

In recent weeks, we have all had to adjust how we live, how we work, how we relate. It is the same at Covetrus™ Global Technology Solutions, as we continue to support the immediate needs of our Robovet™ and RxWorks™ customers. As we look ahead we should also consider how to prepare for the transition back to normal operations and the steps required to get there.

With this in mind, our team have designed a series of webinars, delivering live learning focused on equipping you for getting back on track. These short webinars will deliver a refresh of key skills, knowledge and explore approaches to the topics which our practices have identified as helpful for the next chapter.

How will it work?

Each 30-45 mins webinar has has been inspired by your requests and will be presented by our learning consultants. Once you register for a webinar you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the training. Each session will be recorded and will be available to replay on our website following the live webinar, so you can share with your team or refresh your knowledge at a later date or at a time that suits you best. We will provide this recording alongside a help document which will cover the key points made during the session.

These sessions will dive into your client communication strategy, considering how, what and who to prioritise. Key points will include: how best to communicate for engagement with your clients, how to assess and address your reminders backlog, which categories to consider and how to drive and increase your sales by analysing previous purchase behaviours.

These sessions will take a close look at reporting and help you refresh your knowledge on how to run reports to supply you with the information you need. Key learnings will also include some best approaches to help you use these reports to inform your decision making, plus ways to re-engage your clients and plan your communications effectively.

These sessions take a look into your current inventory strategy. Our experts will help you take stock of your current inventory. Key talking points will cover planning for the next chapter, ensuring your stock is valid, anticipating stock levels to suit your anticipated activity and, finally, stocking for seasonal sales.

These sessions take a look at your annual price increase strategy. Our experts help unpick questions such as, ‘Should we increase as usual?’ and ‘When is it appropriate?’ This session will also focus on how to update your prices, what to consider this year as well as best practice and channels for communicating price increases to your clients.
