Covetrus Mobile Vet is an app designed to sync seamlessly to your RoboVet™ PMS, giving you up to date key practice information on your mobile device, wherever you are. Today marks the release of our Covetrus Mobile Vet app v1.2, introducing new features and functionality for our mobile app and RoboVet users. The latest release is available to update now. Following initial release of version 1 our team have been committed to continuous improvement and have listened closely to feedback and user suggestions. This release is all about enhancing flexibility and time saving solutions for your team – bringing you more value, convenience and information at your fingertips.

Release highlights

The Covetrus Mobile Vet is an affordable add on to your RoboVet PMS and has been designed to be flexible, accessible and easy to use. Within this release we have focused on building in new functionality to allow for more flexibility, providing greater control for users when carrying out everyday tasks directly from the app.

Enhanced search feature

Whether your practice treats animals large or small, in practice or are operating remotely, our app can help you find the information you need quickly, where and when you need it. This release is all about making it even easier for users to access the information they need to carry out daily tasks efficiently. The app now gives users the ability to search for any RoboVet client and patient regardless of the presence of an appointment. This means that details and medical history can be accessed for any client in a couple of clicks, whether it be for an emergency appointment or when working remotely.

Improved booking functionality

Being able to make a new appointment quickly and efficiently is key to any successful practice workflow and the ability to do this remotely, out of hours or on the go via a mobile device can add convenience for team and customers day to day. This release has focused on ways to streamline this process and improve the booking functionality offered. Covetrus Mobile Vet app users can now create an appointment or record for any customer, new or existing with ease.

Greater flexibility for remote working

As many veterinary teams continue to adapt to new ways of working following the COVID-19 pandemic, our team have been closely tuning into the changing needs of veterinary teams and their customers.
