How much does Smart Address cost?

You’ll need to purchase a Credit Plan from our partner, Loqate, at least once per year to cover the cost of the addresses that you capture in your Practice Management System. There are no other costs associated with Smart Address.

How do I create an account and purchase a Credit Plan with Loqate?

Once you have completed the Smart Address Registration, we will provide you with a special link to enable you to create an online account directly with Loqate and purchase your Credit Plan from there. Within your account you can also run reports on utilisation and manage your contact and payment details.

What format do addresses take that are looked up using Smart Address?

Addresses looked up using Smart Address will appear in line with the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF®). This includes address line (1-5), town, city, county (RxWorks only), and postcode. Please note that Loqate can also provide optional latitude and longitude information (RoboVet only).
