How are clients finding their tailored training?

 

We had an amazing two days of training with Liz and only just touched the tip of the iceberg. VisionVPM has so much to offer to make a veterinarian practice run smoothly. On the days we had Liz with us, we learnt a lot of easy shortcuts and script repeats within the clinic which for us is a great tool due to not all employees having a nursing background. We can list what each drug is used for at the click of a button, and how to run pathology results and tests instead of running around the clinic with post-it-notes. Insurance was my favourite making work simpler for me, we also found the repeat script we could foresee when the medication would be finished so we could pre-empt the ordering of drugs instead of running low and madly ordering for clients. We also touched base on stocktake, marketing, reminders, reports for collections, trends, older patients and young patients. Liz was a wealth of knowledge. I would have loved to have Liz for longer but we had to get back to the everyday hustle and bustle. Can’t wait for our next training session, I’ve got so many questions still.
