All your client and patient data held within Ascend will be stored and backed up, including attachments, images and scans etc. The data resides in a Microsoft Azure data center. All storage has built-in redundancy and is stored in multiple locations. This allows the data to be regularly checked for corruption and if corruption is found it can be repaired using redundant copies. Microsoft Azure also includes high level encryption and is used by millions of leading companies globally as their trusted provider.

Yes – Ascend is compatible on Windows 10 & 11, Mac OS and IOS.

Ascend works on modern devices including tablets, PCs, mobiles, or laptops. It can be accessed through a web browser supporting the following operating systems:

Thin clients (e.g. Wyse or Axels) are not supported and cannot be used to access Ascend.
