What is a learning lab?
Our new RoboVet learning lab will deliver live online learning sessions on topics we know are important to your practice. The sessions are specifically spaced to aid knowledge retention and have been structured to deliver learning which is interactive, engaging and convenient.
Each lab has been designed to help your practice;
- Build knowledge & confidence to enable greater utilisation of your RoboVet software.
- Invest in the development of your team & help evidence their CPD.
- Minimise the cost & impact to your team in time spent away from your clinical duties.
Learning lab topics
Each of our labs provide access to 3, 1 hour live online learning sessions with 20 mins follow up tasks for each session. On completion of the lab, you will receive a digital badge as evidence of 4 hours CPD.
Learning lab: Schemes
Join us in the lab to explore the power of schemes and be inspired to increase client loyalty and engagement with your practice. Learn how to determine what schemes are a good fit for your practice and review the variety of benefits for use. You’ll learn how to create a scheme, then how to add clients and pets. We’ll also look at scheme maintenance and how to review the effectiveness of it to bring you the best results.

Learning lab: Stock
This lab aims to help you minimise admin and increase the quality of data relating to stock. You will learn how to add new stock and service items, add mandatory or optional injection and dispensing fees and create labels. To help you increase revenue, we’ll then look at how to generate reminders for repeat future business, and how to create prompts for further fees and stock items based on the service being used.

Learning lab: Business Barometer
In our ever-changing world, knowing and understanding how your practice performance is key to your success. This lab will explore the use of the Business Barometer suite of reports to provide the data and insight you need to make the right decisions for your practice. We will look at how to perform trend analysis, and the reporting to support it. You’ll learn how to manipulate the data and to customise to suit your need, and how to save, run and re-run reports.

Learning lab: New Users
Becoming familiar with new software can be daunting. To help you build confidence in the your use of RoboVet, we will work to extend your knowledge of all the main functions and to give you insight into how to make best use of it in your day to day job. The three learning lab sessions will be highly practical, and you’ll be challenged with tasks to do ahead of the next session. Looking forward to seeing you in the new user lab!
