Covetrus Mobile Vet helps reduce missed charges and improve accuracy in the recording of products and services used. When connected to the internet the app automatically syncs with RoboVet and adds new appointments, patients, clinical notes, items used, and payments taken to the practice. When offline you can continue working and the app will sync when you are back online. No more double handling or delay in processing day sheets or booking appointments. The app has been built to sync seamlessly, giving you up-to-date appointment and client information on your smart device, wherever you may be.
Easy access to diary, appointments, client details & patient history
View your list of appointments day-by-day, with access to client details including address with integrated Sat Nav, as well as high-level patient details.
With one click, access up to 56 months of patient clinical history, including; clinical notes, products used & labels printed.
Each record is date stamped and includes the name of the vet that performed the consult.
Search for any client and patient & quickly book an appointment
Whether your practice treats animals large or small, in practice or are operating remotely, our app can help you find the information you need quickly, where and when you need it.
The enhanced search and booking functionality means that medical history can be accessed for any customer in a couple of clicks and new records and appointments can be made with ease.
Complete and record a consult in-app and sell products & services
Start a consult with one click, add clinical notes (including speech-to-text), search for products and services and sell as part of the consult.
Batch information is stored and can be selected at the point of sale.
Prices of products and services are displayed allowing you to take payments and record in-app.
Record information offline and sync when back online
Appointments, patient details, product lists & batches are all stored and accessible offline, allowing you to continue recording even when not connected to the internet.
Simply sync the app when back online to transfer data back to the RoboVet practice management system.
