Client phone number and email validation
We have extended the smart address functionality to provide you with optional validation of phone numbers and email addresses for both clients and their contacts.
Demonstrate scheme value to the user
To enable your team to promote the scheme benefits your clients are receiving and what benefits they have remaining, we have made improvements to the scheme usage screen, giving you access to this information in a single place. This allows RoboVet users to discuss scheme membership benefits in terms of value and also to encourage your clients to take up any remaining benefits they are entitled to.
Advertise scheme membership savings
In addition, we are now providing you with the option to advertise the benefit the client has received from being a scheme member on client-facing documents such as Drug Docket, Statement, Invoice and Paid Consultation Report to name a few. This is to promote to your clients the value they are receiving from being a scheme member in your practice.
Password enhancements
In this release, we have increased the password requirements to make RoboVet more secure. This enhanced complexity provides greater security to your RoboVet user account, thus increasing the security that is provided to your clients’ data.
RoboVet Covetrus branding
We have also made several changes throughout RoboVet in line with our new branding, including your new splash screen.
Restart server applications
If the connection between your practices’ RoboVet server and database is lost, this will now automatically reconnect. This is to avoid practice users experiencing difficulties and having to call Covetrus support to solve the problem.
