Gabrielle brings over 15 years of technology experience to Covetrus, with a background in healthcare and humanities. Her key expertise lies in strategic planning and customer experience, with a focus on deeply understanding the customer to deliver effective solutions that improve customer outcomes. Gabrielle is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business performance and drive customer loyalty. As the Director, Technology Solutions, she is dedicated to accelerating the development and growth of cloud-based software Covetrus Ascend whilst supporting the largest existing customer base in the region on existing platforms RxWorks and VisionVPM.

We’re focused on providing an exceptional customer experience with our premium support offering.

I have the pleasure of leading a team of product managers and user experience designers. Our passion is animals, people and building user friendly and innovative products. We deliver software to our clinics to enhance animal care and staff wellbeing.

Having been involved in the veterinary industry through family connections for my whole life and with a keen interest in technology, my role in leading the engineering teams for Covetrus APAC allows the perfect opportunity to make a key difference for our users. The engineering space covers development, quality assurance, data science and platform engineering and our team are focused on supporting the rapid growth of both Covetrus Ascend alongside continually developing our longstanding premium server-based solutions in RxWorks and VisionVPM.

With over 25 years of experience, Lucille is a passionate animal advocate and veterinary technology expert. My career began in Africa with elephant and rhino conservation before moving to New Zealand and Australia, where I earned qualifications in vet nursing and practice management. I've been part of the Covetrus team for 9 years, I’ve worked across our AU and UK offices and spent 18 months at Provet. Now based in Brisbane with Covetrus Technology Solutions, I’m dedicated to supporting veterinary practices with innovative software and services. Nothing gives me greater joy than seeing a veterinary practice growing successfully through the support of the Covetrus ecosystem.
