• We’ll contact you to do compatibility checks for the latest version. Please allow two business days for a response.
• We’ll let you know if you are eligible to complete a self-update.
• If you aren’t eligible to self-update, or would like help with the process, we’ll schedule an appointment with you to complete the update. Due to high demand, near term scheduling is filling up quickly.
