My advice to anyone looking to change or adopt a new PMS; be brave and push through. Sticking with your usual system is easy but Ascend is so intuitive. There are loads of online resources on hand to help, and the team are there to support you whenever you need it. Ascend is also very progressive with constant updates taking place. We’ve ended up with a fantastic PMS.

Ascend has been fantastic in its ability for us to be able to use it in multiple places where we couldn't use software before. So we have laptops now in the consult rooms which makes it easier for vets to get some history notes and have it recorded at the time.
