Online Payment Integration
Offer your clients a seamless online payment experience with Web Pay.
Whether you require an upfront deposit, full payment in advance or the ability to send a payment request whilst your customer is waiting in their car, you can get paid safely and easily with Web Pay. Web Pay lets you send payment requests to clients by email or SMS, allowing your practice to offer safe, contactless payments via pay-by-link. Payments are processed via secure portal and then reconciled back to the client account in your practice management system (PMS).

- Provide your clients the opportunity to pay online rather than phone the practice to reel off their 16-digit card number.
- Practice staff can edit the default SMS or email template within their PMS before it is sent to the customer.
- Once the payment is complete, the amount paid will be reconciled to the client account in your PMS.

Face-to-face Payment Integration
Introduce powerful point-of-sale terminals in your practice with Clover Flex and Mini.
Get ready for the return of in-practice visits and payments with Fiserv’s powerful POS terminals, Clover Flex and Cover Mini. All POS terminals have been built with a hi-res antimicrobial, pin-on-glass, wipe-clean touchscreen, perfect for practice use.
Once integrated, users will be able to trigger the POS terminal flow from within their PMS, sending the amount to the device seamlessly. Once complete, the payment will be reconciled back to the client account in RxWorks or RoboVet.
Key Features
- If a signature is required, the signature entered by the user on the POS terminal will also appear on the PMS screen for approval/rejection.
- Successful payments through the POS terminal will be reconciled through to the client account on the PMS.
