We are thankful for your continued partnership, and are excited to share that the theme for 2022 is Wellness. This will be the heartbeat of our messaging to your valued clients throughout the coming year.

As your trusted partner, we will provide timely and thematic assets for your practice’s website and social media channels. This program is designed to keep your clients engaged with your practice and informed of new savings at your online store.

Your practice, clients and patients are at the center of what we do. In an effort to continually enhance and improve the Client Engagement Communications program, some clients may receive different messages, content, or (even better) offers than those shown below, or we may change send dates (though this is rare). Email content may also change if you have opted out of showing specific brands or categories (e.g. Preventatives) in your communications. Because there can be many potential variations of a single mailing, we are only showing one version here.

Week 1: Tuesday, January 4 – 2022: The Year of Wellness!

Our focus message this week is – 2022: The Year of Wellness! This category focused send will feature top performing products and rebates such as:

  • Preventatives
  • Diets
  • Supplements
  • Treats & Busy Bowls

An email will be sent Tuesday morning to clients if your practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 2: Tuesday, January 11 – Sitewide Sale!

Our focus message for week 2 is a Sitewide Sale! We will feature top rebates on best sellers across categories such as Preventatives, Diets, Dental, Treats, and Supplements.

Final details and offers are still being finalized – check back for more information! 

If your practice has selected 1 or more emails per month, clients will receive an email on Tuesday morning announcing the sale. If your practice has selected 2 or more emails per month, clients will receive a reminder email on Thursday morning. If your practice has selected 4 or more emails per month, a final reminder will be sent Thursday evening.

Week 3: Tuesday, January 18 – Proactive Care: Preventatives

The focus message for week 3 is promoting Proactive Care: Preventatives. Why this is important and what products can best support.

An email will be sent Tuesday morning to clients if your practice has selected 3 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 4: Tuesday, January 25 – Proactive Care: Nutrition

The focus message for week 4 is promoting Proactive Care: Nutrition. Why this is important and what products can best support weight management, kidney/gastro/urinary support, allergy relief, arthritis/joint, and more.

An email will be sent Tuesday morning to clients if your practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month.
