November Client Engagement Preview – Companion

We are excited to announce this month’s client engagement plan! This program is designed to keep your clients engaged with your practice and informed of new savings at your online store. To help you promote these campaigns to your clients, we’ve created marketing materials below that you can share in your practice, on your website, and on Facebook.

Your practice, clients and patients are at the center of what we do. In an effort to continually enhance and improve the Client Engagement Communications program, some clients may receive different messages, content, or (even better) offers than those shown below, or we may change send dates (though this is rare). Email content may also change if you have opted out of showing specific brands or categories (e.g. Preventatives) in your communications. Because there can be many potential variations of a single mailing, we are only showing one version here.

Week 1: Tuesday, November 2 – Thursday, November 4

This week’s campaign will be a three day sitewide sale.

Targeted offers will include 10 off $100 or $25 off $200 with code SWEET25

If your practice has selected 4 or more emails per month, clients will receive an email on Tuesday morning announcing the sale. If your practice has selected 4 or more emails per month, clients will receive a reminder email on Thursday morning. If your practice has selected 4 or more emails per month, a final reminder will be sent Thursday evening.

Week 2: Tuesday, November 9

This week’s email will feature savings on top preventatives, allergy care, supplements, and pain management.

An email will be sent Tuesday morning to clients if your practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 3: Tuesday, November 16

The theme of this week’s email will be giving thanks to pet owners! The email will feature savings on top categories, including preventatives, dental, diets, and supplements.

An email will be sent Tuesday morning to clients if your practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month.

Week 4: Wednesday, November 24 – Week 5: Monday, November 29

Starting Wednesday, 11/24, we will be launching our annual Cyber Weekend campaign where your clients can expect to see great offers and deep discounts on preventatives, diets, and more.

Your clients will receive an email on Wednesday promoting early Cyber Weekend savings if your practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month. A reminder email will be sent Friday if the practice has selected 1 or more engagement emails per month. Follow up emails will be sent on Saturday and Sunday if the practice has selected 4 or more engagement emails per month.

On Cyber Monday, an email will be sent in the morning if your practice has selected 2 or more engagement emails per month, and a final reminder will be sent Monday afternoon if your practice has selected 3 or more engagement emails per month.

Because we’re continually optimizing the Client Engagement Communications program for your practice and clients, please note that some clients may receive different (and even better!) offers than the one shown here.
