Introducing the RoboVet™ Entlebucher autumn release with enhancements inspired by you, our users. This release we have focused on enabling improvements to the animal owner experience, taking steps to help your practice offer a better client experience when providing care remotely or at a distance. Equally important for this release was to introduce features to refine daily processes to support and empower your team. We have focused on increasing flexibility and control for your team within invoicing, client facing documents and existing visit functionality.
Key enhancements include the ability to issue individual client invoices and to add datasheet URL to client facing documents. Alongside new features and enhancements, we have built in solutions to resolve known bugs within areas such as scheme benefits, invoice totals and credit notes, simplifying daily tasks for your team.
As part of this release, we are also excited to announce that RoboVet fully integrates with LibreOffice Writer, the industry leading unlicensed word processing tool, an equivalent to Microsoft Office Word.

RoboVet Entlebucher release features and enhancements
Improving the animal owner experience – for a better client experience at a distance
- Ability to add datasheet URL to client facing documents: You can now add web address information (or URL) in RoboVet so that the URL is present on client facing documents such as drug dockets, invoices and A4 receipts. This addition means you can now rest assured that this important information is always easily accessible to your clients.
- Enhancements to drug dockets: As well as the addition of datasheet URL information we’ve also added the ability to include withhold information to drug dockets. Containing both sets of information on this one document makes it easy for your clients to find important drug information, helping to ensure that animals are treated in line with drug safety standards. We’ve also included the ability for your team to amend the name of the ‘drug docket.’
- Improvements and fixes to scheme usage: Following on from improvements from our last release some further enhancements have been made to make the scheme usage screen even more user friendly.
- Changed sale prompts for new label: When a user selects a sold item in the Selling screen and enacts a Change Sale, pressing OK will now bring up a prompt to print a new label for any items or POS items that require a label.’
- New label added to clinical notes & label generated time and user added to clinical notes: Whenever a user generates a new label, e.g. by opting to Print Label, the same Print Label box will appear as for a new sale, allowing the option to add to consultation notes only, or to print and add to the notes.
Refining daily processes to support and empower your team
- Visit enhancements: Our team have designed this release to address key request, refining existing functionality and adding new features to smooth out common areas of use for your team and clients. Firstly we have made adjustments to the icons in the visit tab for Open, Process, Complete and Reopen to make their function clearer. We’ve also introduced date range filters making it easier for users to target a range of visits between a given time period and the introduction of a warning message when too many visits are displayed, reducing a negative impact on speed.
